We are a family company of hard-working, smart, and dedicated professionals, actively looking for Sales and Customer service professionals to join our team. 

As a Sales Consultant with Doors Plus, we want you to succeed and to meet your goals. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, and you will have access to experienced sales professionals who will mentor you and help you to grow within your role.

Your day will include 80% showroom sales and 20% in-home after hours sales.

The key duties of this role will be but not limited to:

  • Meeting & greeting customers in the showroom, providing a professional sales experience
  • Answering of phones in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide quotes to customers whilst they are in the showroom
  • Book in-home visits to carry out measure and quote
  • Follow up with customers in a proactive and professional manner to secure sales

To be considered for this role, you must have the following attributes:

  • Experience in a showroom sales and customer-focused environment preferred
  • A friendly demeanour, lots of energy and a can-do, positive attitude
  • Clean, professional presentation
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up essential
  • The drive to earn big and build a strong sales career.
  • Australian Drivers’ Licence with access to a car
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster, and work weekends
  • Flexibility to attend after-hours home visits to measure and quote
